A member of the Taxture team since 2009, Boian has enjoyed success at global institutions such as KPMG and Ernst & Young during a fruitful career as a tax advisor.

Based in Ernst & Young’s London office, Boian provided American corporate clients with advice and guidance that helped deliver growth and regulatory compliance. He also worked closely with American-based private equity and real estate property funds — advising them on tax-related issues affecting their European investments.

Boian worked at Ernst & Young in the Multinational Tax Department, where he focused on creating tax-efficient structures in the Netherlands. With a thorough understanding of tax and corporate law, he specializes in international restructuring projects.

Boian is fluent in Bulgarian, Dutch, and English. He earned his Master's Degree in Tax Law from the University of Leiden.
