Before joining the Taxture team in 2009, Robert enjoyed a successful career with global brands such as Arthur Andersen, KPMG, and Ernst & Young — where he spent most of his time advising multinational corporations on issues related to taxation and corporate governance.

During his time at Ernst & Young, Robert co-founded the International Country Desk Centers, where he assisted multinational corporations, medium-sized family businesses, and individuals from around the world. He provided guidance on business structuring via the Netherlands for clients in the UK, US, and CIS countries.

Robert specializes in international taxation and has managed numerous global projects over a rewarding and successful career. He excels at crafting intricate financing, royalty, and investment frameworks, and he adeptly employs diverse financial tools according to the specific needs of his clients.

Robert is fluent in Dutch, Turkish, English, and German. He holds a Master's Degree in Tax Law, Civil Law, and Corporate Law from Leiden University. His expertise in tax and corporate law makes him an invaluable advisor to his clients around the world.
